To allow a full range of movement and flow during stretching, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage treatment is performed on a mat laid on the floor, similar to Thai massage.
Each treatment is adjusted to suit clients' needs, whether that is relaxing, energising, soothing, deep or remedial.
The treatment is initiated with a sequence to warm up the body, which allows the session to become a moving meditation.
During the treatment, a mixture of oil and ayurvedic herb - Acorus calamus - in the form of powder, is applied to the skin.
Ground Acorus calamus, a root of wetland plant from the sweet flag family, stimulates the flow of blood, which not only helps to further warm up the muscles but also supports the body’s detoxing processes as well as giving a pleasant, warm, exfoliating feeling.

Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher and a true Pisces soul
'It really is a blessing to share the beautiful practice of Yoga with you and I feel great gratitude to be a part of your journey. Let’s dissolve and unite!'
Dijana Krnjajic
I met Dijana pre-covid times when she used to teach at Chroma Yoga in Shoreditch and I loved her joyful and full of authenticity approach to teaching from the first time I practiced with her.
She now has now moved to the glorious Peak District and teaches online classes, in-studio classes at Block in Manchester and, whenever Boris Johnson allows, also holds workshops and retreats (like the one she invited me to back in September)
For Dijana, Yoga is about creating a safe space to dissolve and unite. It’s about freedom, growth and slowing down. She hopes to share the practice with you in a playful and authentic way. The practice is a loving tool to connect with yourself and others, and she’s an amazing teacher who guides you through classes, events and retreats.

Dancer, barre instructor and a total powerhouse 💪🏻
I met this powerhouse of a woman when I was looking for people to practice Reiki on soon after my first attunement. A friend of mine sent her to me and turned out she lived just down the road and teaches barre classes – and I bloody love barre!
Denise now moved back to Ireland, where she’s originally from but she holds online classes if you are into a good fun sweat sesh!
And what is barre?
Barre is a low impact, high intensity class fusing ballet, yoga and pilates for a full body workout. It is known to sculpt the body, giving you a long lean physique. We work to the beat, so it is great for music lovers and for working on our co-ordination!
With Denise’s background in strict disciplines (gymnastics and dance), her class will definitely push you, but her main aim is for everyone to leave smiling after having FUN.
And I can guarantee you can’t not leave smiling a full body smile after a class with this total babe!

Plant researcher, educator, writer and speaker.

Rebecca Lazarou
I met Rebecca via insta during lockdown. She stole my heart with her detailed video instruction on how to make a double extract reishi tincture! – if you know me a bit, you’ll know tinctures and medicinal mushrooms is one way to my heart haha).
Rebecca’s approach to healing is to connect the gaps between the science part of plant medicine and herbalism (this clever gal is a medicinal plant researcher at Kew Gardens) with the holistic approach to healing.
She is an educator, writer and speaker and is working on releasing some artisan herbal teas and smoking blends and self care products in the near future – you can expect the best quality because this girl really knows her stuff and will not cut corners when sourcing her ingredients! She is currently working in quality control research for plants and making an e-book to educate the public on this, so they can be sure to get the best medicines.
